Interviews With Top Traders

I do a bit of stock trading here and there. I started trading a few years ago, and I really shouldn’t say trading because I bought, and held, but I have never sold anything.
The first stocks I purchased were for a company I was a part of. I have since stopped participating with the company but still have a pretty large amount of shares that have plummeted so much the only thing they can do now is go up, so I will continue to hold them till that point comes.
The other companies I bought into are doing much better, with a positive increase since about April this year but I am still just holding onto them. I honestly am not sure what to do next. I don’t really know when to sell them, what to look for as far as signs to sell, or if I should buy more shares while they are still on the rise.
So I started looking around for advice on this sort of thing. I found a site that has interviews with online traders, giving you access to recorded conversations from people that have experience in different areas of the market. The conversations are on specific topics but pretty interesting and you can search around for an interview in the area you are seeking advice on.. The company is appropriately called Trader Interviews.
So if you are like me, doing a bit of trading but somewhat lost as to what to do next, check it out, it may help.
