Via the Consumerist, some customers place an order at McDonald’s and are handed an extra bag…
Police say he got an extra bag with a loaded .45-caliber or nine-millimeter handgun and what appeared to be bags of marijuana. “It was the gun and the marijuana that was inside of a brown bag sitting inside of a McDonald’s bag,” said Kathy Rivera, whose son found the gun in his bag. “They noticed they had three bags. There were only two people in the car, so when he opened it he noticed it.”
just goes to show ya, don’t go to McDonald’s! “…McDonald’s..the official sponsor of the 2009 Grand Theft Auto Live Reenactment…” I can see it now..

Wow, that’s horrible. Was an employee trying to get rid of evidence or what?? Or maybe someone was trying to make a drop and accidentally gave it to the wrong person LoL
Yea, according to the story, it was meant to be a drop and the people meant to get the drop actually followed the customers that got the gun/weed and got it from them. They apparently got away
After reading that, some people might WANT to go to McDonald’s hoping for that very situation to happen to score the weed.
Just kidding.
That’s kind of scary that it’s so prevalent and in your face, but we just don’t pay attention or notice it.
haha ya never know. I for one wouldn’t want some thugs chasing after me for their weed and I certainly wouldn’t want a loaded gun dropped in my lap..
