The organization backing it was trying to bring attention to this issue. I head on the radio today that the Bush administration in the US was not very pro-UN and didn't really cooperate with their efforts. Maybe with a new president, we will see some results..maybe not. Who knows. But we have to do everything we can as the "little people" around the world and maybe make a difference eventually
